Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How to Return

  • Email hello@maisonvera.com with your order number.
  • We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  • Drop the package at any carrier location.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take an additional 3–10 days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color are free. Just note the swap when you email us and we'll ship the new piece as soon as we receive the original.

Final Sale

Items marked "Final Sale", intimates, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Membership Refunds

Memberships can be cancelled anytime and will not renew. We do not refund partial periods, but you keep full benefits until the end of your current term.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost.
