Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard (3–5 business days): $6 — Free on orders over $75
• Expedited (2 business days): $14
• Overnight: $28

International Shipping

• Canada (5–8 business days): $18
• UK & EU (7–12 business days): $24
• Rest of World (10–18 business days): $32

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes collected by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Member Shipping

Annual and Atelier members receive free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, email hello@maisonvera.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier and reship if needed.
